The Tatman Group, a full-service association management & government relations firm, is seeking an Account Manager. We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate professional to join our fast-paced, innovative, and growing team. You must be able to work well within a team environment, handle multiple, ongoing projects, and support the efforts of other professionals. As an Account Manager, your role includes project management, event planning, communications development, phone support, and general office duties. You must be proficient in social media, Microsoft Suite, and other basic software applications. Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Publisher) is a plus. Occasional travel or overnight stay will be required.

Skills required for this role include:

  • Experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, and public relations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Adobe Suites (Publisher & InDesign)

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Capable of establishing priorities

  • Proven accuracy & attention to detail
