The Tatman Group provides a full range of management services.  We provide association management services to 13 trade and professional association.  Each client is different and we tailor our services to meet the needs of that client.  The want consistent feature of association management services is our commitment to exceptional standards of service. 

The Tatman Group has a diverse client group.  We work with large association with over 1,000 members and other associations with fewer than 20 members. Association management is about fundamentals and regardless of the size of an association, there are fundamental aspects that must be in place to ensure success.  We work with our clients to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.  We work with the leadership to develop a plan to build on the strengths and opportunities for the long term success of the association.
