We often find that most associations are doing the right things.  We also find that it is much easier for someone from the outside to analyze the operations of the organization and help develop a plan for success.  This may be as simple as defining roles and responsibilities to reorganizing unprofitable aspects of an organization and implementing newer programs that have success in the industry.
